    半熟玉子

    前几天回忆了一下元气一杯,说道日本的拉面,味付半熟玉子(鸡蛋)不得不说一下,里面带有光泽而且很Q的半熟蛋黄,真是一种很好的鸡蛋的吃法;;
    最近自己研究了一下做法,写来与大家分享。
    1. 将能没过整个鸡蛋的水烧开
    2. 关火后将鸡蛋放入
    3. 开火,用中火煮6-7分钟
    4. 在煮鸡蛋的同时,用酱油,料酒,糖等调料调成汁,根据个人口味控制调味品的量。此汁可以反复使用
    5. 停火, 放置1分钟
    6. 将鸡蛋取出,放入冷水中3分钟
    7. 将蛋壳剥掉后放入调好的汁中,最好没过鸡蛋
    8. 放入冰箱10个小时
    1-8做完后,你切开的鸡蛋就是半熟的啦!
